Pulmozyme side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Sept 13, 2006. Male patient, weighting 9.04 lb, was diagnosed with respiratory failure and was treated with Pulmozyme. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, bronchospasm, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, oxygen saturation decreased. Pulmozyme dosage: 2.5 MG 2 TIMES DAILY INHAL. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 52 years of age, was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis and was treated with Pulmozyme. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchospasm, pyrexia. Pulmozyme dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
