After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacterial infection , erythema multiforme, fungal infection , skin infection, stevens-johnson syndrome. Provigil dosage: 100 MG BID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ADVAIR HFA, SYNTHORID, LIPITOR, LYRICA, DIOVAN, SINGULAIR, TRAMADOL, GARLIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
