Male patient, 40 years of age, weighting 169.0 lb, was diagnosed with narcolepsy, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, pain  and was treated with Provigil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: incorrect dose administered. Provigil dosage: 200 MG TWO PO QAM [LIFE TIME]. During the same period patient was treated with NORCO. Patient recovered.
