Provigil side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 12, 2007. Female patient, 35 years of age, was diagnosed with somnolence, depression , bipolar ii disorder and was treated with Provigil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: grand mal convulsion, respiratory arrest. Provigil dosage: 200 MG TWICE WEEKLY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LAMICTAL, CYMBALTA, GEODON. Patient died on 10/29/2007.
