After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall , head injury, subdural haematoma. Provigil dosage: 200 MG QD ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CYMBALTA, DIOVAN, ACTONEL, PREMPRO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
