After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, convulsion, dyspnoea, fall . Provigil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EFFEXOR, NEXIUM, CLONAZEPAM, SKELAXIN, REGLAN, ZYRTEC. Patient recovered.
