After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, agitation, anxiety , bipolar disorder , confusional state, diarrhoea, epistaxis, feeling drunk, insomnia. Provigil dosage: 400 MG QAM ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CYMBALTA, TRICOR, VYTORIN, PREMPHASE, VITAMIN E, TYLENOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
