After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , coma, device malfunction, dizziness , dyspnoea, heart rate increased, lung neoplasm, rectal haemorrhage. Proventil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AZMACORT, SEREVENT, SINGULAIR. Patient died.
