Proventil Side Effects Report #4610521-4
Proventil side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 03, 2005. Female patient, 70 years of age, weighting 216.1 lb, was diagnosed with dyspnoea, asthma  and was treated with Proventil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental exposure, asthma , back pain , coma, condition aggravated, device failure, dizziness , dyspnoea, heart rate increased. Proventil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AZMACORT, SEREVENT, SINGULAIR. Patient died on 01/24/2005.
