Protaphane side effect was reported by a Physician from AUSTRALIA on Sept 25, 2008. Female patient, weighting 145.5 lb, was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Protaphane. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: failed induction of labour, hypoglycaemia, premature labour. Protaphane dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NOVORAPID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
