Protaphane side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from AUSTRALIA on Nov 10, 2005. Male patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus and was treated with Protaphane. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coronary artery surgery, neuropathy, vascular operation, vasodilation procedure. Protaphane dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HUMALOG, LANTUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
