Protamine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 17, 2007. Female patient, 73 years of age, weighting 125.0 lb, was diagnosed with surgery  and was treated with Protamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotension, pulmonary hypertension . Protamine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with PROTAMINE SULPHATE, MIDAZOLAM HYDROCHLORIDE, FENTANYL TRANSDERMAL SYSTEM, MORPHINE, PANCURONIUM, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, HEPARIN, AMINOCAPROIC ACID. Patient died on 12/14/2006.
