After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, blood fibrinogen decreased, platelet count decreased, pulmonary arterial pressure increased, right ventricular dysfunction. Protamine dosage: 350MG. Patient recovered.
