Protamine side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 26, 2005. Female patient, 66 years of age, weighting 207.2 lb, was diagnosed with haemorrhage, off label use and was treated with Protamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacteraemia, enterobacter infection, fungal infection What is  fungal infection, multi-organ failure, pneumonia What is  pneumonia, portal vein thrombosis, post procedural complication, stenotrophomonas infection, systemic candida. Protamine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NIASTASE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
