Female patient, 39 years of age, weighting 154.0 lb, was diagnosed with coagulopathy and was treated with Protamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchospasm, dyspnoea, post procedural complication. Protamine dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Protamine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Oct 22, 2008. Female patient, 61 years of age, was treated with Protamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, oxygen saturation decreased, respiratory distress. Protamine dosage: 15 MG ONCE IV. During the same period patient was treated with LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, LISINOPRIL, ALENDRONATE, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, FUROSEMIDE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, HYDROCODONE, CLOPIDOGREL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
