After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactoid reaction, cardiac failure, hypotension, organ failure. Protamine dosage: 100 MG, AS REQUIRED, INTRAVENOUS (NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED). During the same period patient was treated with TRASYLOL, NIMBEX. Patient recovered.
