Protamine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 24, 2006. Female patient, 74 years of age, was treated with Protamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactoid reaction, cardiac failure, hypotension, organ failure. Protamine dosage: 100 MG, AS REQUIRED, INTRAVENOUS (NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED). During the same period patient was treated with TRASYLOL, NIMBEX. Patient recovered.
