Protamine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Feb 05, 2009. Male patient, 65 years of age, weighting 163.1 lb, was diagnosed with surgery  and was treated with Protamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, cardiac arrest , hypotension. Protamine dosage: 30 MG ONCE IV. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with CALCIUM ACETATE, SIMVASTATIN, WARFARIN, RANITIDINE, ASPIRIN, CINACALCET, INSULIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
