Prostin Side Effects Report #5022187-2
Prostin side effect was reported by a Physician from GREECE on May 22, 2006. Female patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with labour induction and was treated with Prostin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, maternal condition affecting foetus, obstetrical pulmonary embolism, premature separation of placenta, renal failure, respiratory failure, shock. Prostin dosage: unknown. Patient died.

Prostin side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 03, 2005. Male patient, 52 years of age, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder and was treated with Prostin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, cardiac failure, cardiomyopathy , dialysis , myocarditis, oedema due to cardiac disease, respiratory failure, supraventricular tachycardia, troponin increased. Prostin dosage: 0.5MG/50ML, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with ACETYLCYSTEINE, CLAVENTIN, TACROLIMUS, METHYLPREDNISOLONE SUCCINATE. Patient recovered.
