During the same period patient was treated with PUREGON, PREGNYL, RAPIFEN, DIPRIVAN, IN VITRO FERTILISATION, CYCLOGEST PESSARIES. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with DIPRIVAN, PREGNYL, CYCLOGEST, PUREGON, RAPIFEN. Patient recovered.
