Proscar side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 06, 2006. Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with prostatitis, benign prostatic hyperplasia and was treated with Proscar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: contusion, dizziness , electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged, fall , hypotension, orthostatic hypotension, pleuritic pain, rib fracture, syncope. Proscar dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLOMAX, LIDEX, PREVACID, LIPITOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, balance disorder, blood pressure decreased, blood pressure fluctuation, circulatory collapse, dizziness , fall , hypotension. Proscar dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRINIVIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atelectasis, blood pressure systolic increased, chest discomfort, contusion, diabetes mellitus, dizziness , fall , pleural effusion, pneumonia . Proscar dosage: 5 MG/DAILY/ PO. During the same period patient was treated with FLOMAX, ACCUPRIL, CHLORAZEPATE, CLARINEX, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/06/2005.
