Male patient, 64 years of age, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and was treated with Propylthiouracil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: white blood cell count decreased. Propylthiouracil dosage: 200 MG TID PO. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with RANITIDINE, FLUOXETINE, PROPRANOLOL, APAP, CLONAZEPAM, HYDROXIDE SUSP, PSYLLIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
