Propylthiouracil side effect was reported by a Physician from CHINA on Jan 03, 2008. Female patient, 22 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and was treated with Propylthiouracil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody positive, body temperature increased, bronchoscopy abnormal, haemoglobin decreased, haemoptysis, vasculitis What is  vasculitis. Propylthiouracil dosage: 100 MG; QD. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
