After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, creatinine renal clearance decreased, crepitations, cyanosis, dyspnoea, exophthalmos, glomerulonephritis, haematuria, haemoptysis. Propylthiouracil dosage: 300 MG;QD;. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 20 years of age, weighting 99.21 lb, was diagnosed with basedow's disease and was treated with Propylthiouracil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody positive vasculitis, arthralgia, blood albumin decreased, blood thyroid stimulating hormone decreased, exophthalmos, glomerulonephritis, goitre, haematuria, haemoglobin decreased. Propylthiouracil dosage: 300 MG;QD;PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
