Propylthiouracil side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 01, 2008. Female patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with basedow's disease and was treated with Propylthiouracil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, creatinine renal clearance decreased, crepitations, cyanosis, dyspnoea, exophthalmos, glomerulonephritis, haematuria, haemoptysis. Propylthiouracil dosage: 300 MG;QD;. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
