After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody increased, antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody positive, arthralgia, computerised tomogram abnormal, cough, dyspnoea, haematuria, heart rate increased. Propylthiouracil dosage: 250 MG; PO. During the same period patient was treated with THIAMAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
