Female patient, 42 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and was treated with Propylthiouracil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, bone marrow failure, chills, cough, dysphagia, enterobacter bacteraemia, erythroid series abnormal, headache What is  headache, hyperthyroidism. Propylthiouracil dosage: 100 MG; TID;. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Propylthiouracil dosage: 50 MG 2 X EACH DAY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
