Female patient, child 7 years of age, was diagnosed with basedow's disease and was treated with Propylthiouracil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: autoimmune hepatitis, cholestasis, encephalopathy, goitre, hepatic failure, hepatic necrosis, hepatic neoplasm, liver transplant What is  liver transplant, liver transplant rejection. Propylthiouracil dosage: 9 MG/KG; QD; PO. During the same period patient was treated with PROPRANOLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
