Propulsid Side Effects Report #4714957-2
Propulsid side effect was reported by a Physician from BELGIUM on Dec 16, 2004. Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetic gastroparesis, constipation , epilepsy , thrombosis prophylaxis and was treated with Propulsid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, depression , nosocomial infection, sepsis . Propulsid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TIMENTIN, DUPHALAC, PHENYTOIN, FRAXIPARINE, LOGASTRIC, NUTRISON. Patient died on 08/17/2004.

Propulsid side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 31, 2005. Female patient, weighting 111.3 lb, was treated with Propulsid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anoxic encephalopathy, aortic valve calcification, cardiac arrest , cerebral infarction, chest pain , depression , electrocardiogram qt prolonged, memory impairment, mitral valve calcification. Propulsid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRILOSEC, ZANTAC. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
