Female patient, 50 years of age, weighting 173.0 lb, was diagnosed with toothache, infection  and was treated with Propoxyphene. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , loss of consciousness, nausea , respiratory arrest, retching. Propoxyphene dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLINDAMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
