Male patient, 29 years of age, weighting 220.0 lb, was diagnosed with migraine  and was treated with Propoxyphene. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, incorrect dose administered. Propoxyphene dosage: unknown. Patient died on 08/16/2005.
