Propofol side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 31, 2005. Male patient, child 7 years of age, was diagnosed with sedation, anaesthesia and was treated with Propofol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, injury, lactic acidosis, procedural complication, rhabdomyolysis. Propofol dosage: TOTAL DOSE 6.1 MG/KG BW). During the same period patient was treated with THIOPENTAL, MIVACURIUM, FENTANYL, SEVOFLURANE. Patient recovered.
