Propecia side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on May 21, 2007. Male patient, 32 years of age, was diagnosed with male pattern baldness, depression , prophylaxis against gastrointestinal ulcer and was treated with Propecia. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, hepatic function abnormal, nausea , pyrexia. Propecia dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TOLEDOMIN, RIVOTRIL, LEXOTAN, PAXIL, HALCION, FLUNITRAZEPAM, MEILAX, SOLON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
