Female patient, 84 years of age, was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation , atrial flutter and was treated with Propafenone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrioventricular block, blood pressure decreased, bundle branch block left, cardiac failure acute, cyanosis, loss of consciousness, overdose, renal failure, respiratory distress. Propafenone dosage: 300 MG; QD; PO. During the same period patient was treated with SPASMAG, NAFTAZONE, NITRAZEPAM, LISINOPRIL, ENALAPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
