Female patient, 81 years of age, weighting 190.0 lb, was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation , hypotension and was treated with Propafenone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, atrial fibrillation , bradycardia, cardiac arrest , dialysis , extrasystoles, hyperkalaemia, hypotension, knee arthroplasty. Propafenone dosage: 600MG ONCE ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DOPAMINE, DILTIAZEM, FERROUS SULPHATE, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, PROTONIX, DIOVAN, ASPIRIN, FUROSEMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
