, atrial flutter, product quality issue. Propafenone dosage: 225 MG, ONE TABLET TID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DIGOXIN, ZOCOR, WARFARIN, LEVOTHYROXINE, ADVAIR DISKUS, ALBUTEROL, SPIRIVA. Patient was hospitalized.
