After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood pressure decreased, dizziness , feeling abnormal, heart rate irregular, product quality issue. Propafenone dosage: 300 MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SPIRIVA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
