Prometrium side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Jan 09, 2006. Female patient, 64 years of age, weighting 354.9 lb, was diagnosed with menopausal symptoms, menopause  and was treated with Prometrium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diverticulitis, endometrial cancer, endometrial hyperplasia, fallopian tube cyst, leiomyoma, uterine leiomyoma. Prometrium dosage: 200 MILLIGRAM(S) QD ORAL DAILY DOSE: 200 MILLIGRAM(S). During the same period patient was treated with ESTERIFIED ESTROGEN, ESTRATEST H, PREMPRO, IBUPROFEN, AMOXICILLIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
