Female patient, 43 years of age, weighting 178.6 lb, was diagnosed with uterine haemorrhage and was treated with Prometrium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , electrocardiogram abnormal, hemiparesis, motor dysfunction, transient ischaemic attack. Prometrium dosage: DAILY ORAL DAILY DOSE: 200 MG DAILY FIRST TEN DAYS OF THE MONTH. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
