Prometrium side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on July 29, 2005. Female patient, weighting 148.0 lb, was diagnosed with menopause  and was treated with Prometrium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depression , eye swelling, fibromyalgia, food allergy , gait disturbance, somnolence, thinking abnormal, tinnitus , tremor. Prometrium dosage: ?100 MG ONCE DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with LORAZEPAM, PAXIL, ESTRADIOL. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 185.0 lb, was diagnosed with blood oestrogen abnormal and was treated with Prometrium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, arthropathy, breast tenderness, crying, depression , fatigue, gait disturbance, myalgia. Prometrium dosage: 100MG 1 BEDTIME PO. Patient recovered.
