Promethazine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Jan 05, 2005. Female patient, 76 years of age, weighting 145.0 lb, was diagnosed with nausea  and was treated with Promethazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiovascular disorder, finger amputation, gangrene, infusion site reaction. Promethazine dosage: 25MG PRN INTRAVENOU. Patient recovered.

Promethazine dosage: 25MG PRN INTRAVENOU. During the same period patient was treated with IV DYE. Patient recovered.
