Female patient, 42 years of age, weighting 150.0 lb, was diagnosed with procedural nausea and was treated with Promethazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: discomfort, grip strength decreased, infusion site erythema, infusion site pain, infusion site swelling, vasodilatation. Promethazine dosage: 12.5 MG X 1 IVP. Patient recovered.
