After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , confusional state, grand mal convulsion, hallucination, hallucination, visual, hypertension, nausea , tachycardia. Promethazine dosage: 12.5MG ONCE IV. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.
