Promethazine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Sept 19, 2006. Female patient, 29 years of age, was diagnosed with vomiting and was treated with Promethazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyskinesia, muscle twitching. Promethazine dosage: 25 MG Q 4 TO 6 HOURS PRN IV BOLUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
