Promethazine dosage: 12.5 MG EVERY 4 H PRN INTRAVENOU. During the same period patient was treated with HALOPERIDOL, HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE, MAGNESIUM, FLUMAZENIL, FOLIC ACID, PROTONIX, SUCRALFATE, IBUPROFEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
