Female patient, 22 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting and was treated with Promethazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: akathisia, anaemia, anxiety , blood thyroid stimulating hormone decreased, dehydration, depression , dizziness , dyspnoea. Promethazine dosage: 25 MG;QD;PO. During the same period patient was treated with RANITIDINE, PROCHLORPERAZINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
