Prolixin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Feb 22, 2006. Male patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with psychotic disorder
and was treated with Prolixin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, agitation, aspiration, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, body temperature increased, delusion, disseminated intravascular coagulation, dyspnoea, liver function test abnormal. Prolixin dosage: ? MG IM Q 2 WEEKS. During the same period patient was treated with SEROQUEL, DITROPAN, ELAVIL, BENZTROPINE MESYLATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/22/2005.
