Male patient, 70 years of age, weighting 314.2 lb, was diagnosed with metastatic renal cell carcinoma and was treated with Proleukin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acidosis, acute respiratory distress syndrome, anoxic encephalopathy, atrial fibrillation , blood pressure systolic decreased, cardio-respiratory arrest, circulatory collapse, heart rate irregular, pupillary reflex impaired. Proleukin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, CEPHALEXIN, IBUROFEN, HYDROXYZINE, ONDANSETRON, FAMOTIDINE, LOPERAMIDE, PROCHLORPERAZINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/07/2008.
