Female patient, 48 years of age, weighting 220.0 lb, was diagnosed with alpha-1 anti-trypsin deficiency and was treated with Prolastin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , dizziness , dyspnoea, hypotension, tachycardia. Prolastin dosage: 12320 MG;QOW;IV. During the same period patient was treated with METHADONE, LISINOPRIL, LEVOTHYROXINE, LASIX, FLEXERIL, DILTIAZEM, KLONOPIN, AMBIEN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, dyspnoea, erythema, feeling abnormal, feeling of body temperature change, headache , nervousness, painful respiration, skin burning sensation. Prolastin dosage: 2617.5 MG; 1X; IV. During the same period patient was treated with PRILOSEC, METHOCARBAMOL, NAPROXEN, METOPROLOL, DOXEPIN, SPIRIVA, AMITRIPTYLINE, PROVENTIL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal tenderness, chest discomfort, chest pain , cough, dyspnoea, febrile infection, myalgia, pain in extremity. Prolastin dosage: 4000 MG; QW; IV. During the same period patient was treated with SPIRIVA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
