Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Prochlorperazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hallucination, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, rhabdomyolysis. Prochlorperazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IMIPRAMINE, NSAID, MORPHINE. Patient recovered.

Prochlorperazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, TOFRANIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
