Prochlorperazine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on July 17, 2007. Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Prochlorperazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hallucination, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, rhabdomyolysis. Prochlorperazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IMIPRAMINE, NSAID, MORPHINE. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with cancer pain and was treated with Prochlorperazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anxiety , blood creatine phosphokinase increased, depressed level of consciousness, disorientation, hallucination, insomnia, labile blood pressure, muscle rigidity. Prochlorperazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE, TOFRANIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
